Metadata: Adding move descriptions #95

It's a little hard to figure out what each animation does sometimes based only on the name. It could be helpful to add a small blurb that describes what each animation is used for.

For most of them it's self-evident but for some it's a little harder to figure out and I could definitely see having a short description appearing under the drop-down menu be very helpful especially for newer spriters.
