Clarification Control Parameters for Event-Based Gateway - Applies to Gateway Itsef or Downstream Events #114

We say Event-Based Gateway that starts a process can have interTriggerTimer and 
triggerCount in the Table of Section 6.2 but say only Probability and Condition 
apply in the text below it.  To the extent that it will be Events downstream 
from this gateway that actually start the process, wouldn't it be those that 
would have interTriggerTimer and triggerTimer?  And, without that information, 
we could use Probability and Condition, but we already say that for Sequence 
Flow?  Seems to me like Gateway should be No across the Control Parameter 
block.  Discuss?

In Version 1.0 of BPSim the desired behavior can be captured by assigning Inter 
Trigger time to the Event Based Gateway starting the process and assigning 
probabilities to the various outgoing sequence flows
