Implementer's guide: Loan example - Start Event: Triangular Distribution? #126

Unless I'm confussed...
In 3.3.3.2 we talk about the Start Events following Triangular Distributions 
(min, max, mode).
In 3.3.4.1, however, we don't show that type of distribution.
Am I correct about this? If incorrect (i.e. 3.3.4.1 correct, but different 
parameter), shouldn't we have an example of how to set the Triangular 
Distribution?... as we have done (I think:-) with most other parameters 
discussed in the guide.

3.3.4.1 was indeed wrong. Examples had been updated to triangular but this part 
of the doc was lagging behind.  Fixed in v0.16.
