The third example: Technical Support, is a Collaboration example. But the
content could easily be achieved using embedded subprocesses or call
activities. I dont think it is a good example of collaboration.
In addition, the messages that go to message start events originate from manual
tasks. This seems strange to me. It is unclear what simulation data woulkd be
appropriate.
I think we have enough problems with specifying simulation data for BPMN
diagrams with clear semantics. This example raises(in my mind) some muddy
issues that could plunge us into arguments about intended semantics and
portability.
