Hello, as seen below the new update has caused all my images to 'overflow' into other columns. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,

Can you please let me know which version of anki you use. Which update are you referring too, add-on update, or update to a more recent version of anki ?

blastketchup1 commented 4 years ago

Hi, Sorry wasn't sure what exactly you needed to know. I don't know exactly how to check the version but I'm fairly certain it's 2.1.15 for Windows 10. It was the add-on update on 4/3/2020 that gave me issues. I have not updated anki since a few months ago. Thanks

Do you use any other add-on affecting images or cards in anyway ? I'm thinking in particular about "resize image in editor". Can you also please export a card with the error and send it to me so that I can check. You can export directly from browser in recent anki. If you don't have this feature in .15 you can obtain it from https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1983204951

Come to think of it, I did update a few other add-ons at that same time. I do not have resize image in editor. Here are the add-ons I've updated since April 5th. Unfortunately I can't tell what some of these add-ons are from looking at the files.

Note this is an issue with every card I have. In both the add card window and browser window.

That's strange that you see a mix of numbers and name. Did you try turning other add-ons off and restarting anki, to see if other add-on are responsible for the problem ?

Arthur-Milchior commented 4 years ago

I installed 2.1.15 again and only this add-on. I can't reproduce the bug. I'm sorry, but I don't fill like spending a lot of time unless it's for a problem with a recent version. Especially because 2.1.22 added features to anki which helped make coding quite easier, so solving a problem form .15 is going to be far harder than for .22

My mistake, I actually have Version 2.1.19. I will try turning off add-ons to see which is the one responsible. I understand. Thank you for your help.

I'm sorry, but the archive does not have a version 2.1.19 ( https://apps.ankiweb.net/downloads/archive/ ). Actually, the code base does not even have a tag 2.1.19. That's quite strange. But it makes it really hard to test this particular version
