Incompatible with Resize images in editor add-on #7

When I enable Show LaTeX and MathJax result in editor/browser I get a message regarding that it is not compatible with the Resize images in editor add-on and one of the add-ons is automatically disabled.

I wonder if there is a way around this or if it can be patched not to create an incompatability?

Done. The incompatibility has been corrected long ago, I just forgot to let ankiweb knows about it, sorry
