Poll Config Issues / Error Enhancement

Noticed some correct poll config inputs saying the poll was invalid

Need to look into just having a Date object instead of date and time
Would like to provide specific feedback on the poll config page so the user knows exactly what is wrong
Need to write more thorough tests because some logic is currently lacking
