Preparation

[X] No one has asked for this feature before in other issues (even the closed ones)

Describe the feature

Spam V2 would only start once the skill commands ran out. It will take over the pressing of the skills

Draggable Skill list
- This will enable some skills that needed to be used in order(e.g. Tezca)
Skills would be based from the normal skill list
Skill Target
1. None
2. Self
3. Priority List
New two new different priority
- Skill target Priority
- NP firing priority

Probably going to need a workflow to run once a week(probably friday 8PM JST) to get all of the data from atlas api.

Then create a pull request if there is some discrepancy with the data.

After some discussion with Atlas Academy folks and Chaldea center team, it would be better to prioritize the servant profile first to make the transition easier.

Servant Profile is the converter from the config file to the data classes inside the app.

Probably for fun, add ML to identify the servant for faster checking, and output label of it.
