Double check the licenses of each adapted shader #36

Most Shaders are using Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License. However, some might also use Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 Unported License which requires also to mention the changes. Therefore, we should add a license note that the shaders were modified in order to work with ShaderAmp @ArthurTent

Added Shader Credits to .meta files and checked correct credits.

I keep this issue open to tripple check when we're close to release (for those shaders which aren't within our public repo yet)

update: License info is now also in all .meta files. New modal dialog will display them. We can close this issue after we merged the modal dialog into develop branch
