Haunted Color Code #42

The item color code got changed, in your HUD it's still the same though. I'd 
prefer to have different color codes there, too. Also, the "original item 
colors" override still has the purple Haunted color code, so you should 
definetly change that. I can see if it's not worth it's own version, just 
something I'd love to see in the next version.
