Vaccinator: Change of resistance icon #51

I would like to suggest making a small change to the Vaccinator's icons.

It's better if we use the resistance icon that always appear on the screen, 
like on the default HUD (Which is just around the ubercharge meter), above the 
health icon instead of the one that only appears when healing.

Other than that, it looks perfect. I appreciate your attention. :D

I'm really sorry, but this was a duplicate of Issue 50. Only difference is that 
I wanted that indicator above the health icon. (Since, what would you do if we 
use center ubercharge?)

There's not much I can do because valve hardcoded the location of those icons.

For the time being we're stuck with the current layout.

In v2.86 the Vaccinator's icon is now visible once again.
