Can you describe the problem?
The new broesel crosshairs don't change size upon firing to display the 
cooldown time. Is this supposed to happen?
What steps will reproduce it?
1. Use ambassador
2. Use a broesel crosshair
3. Fire

What version do you use?
2.95
What's your resolution?
1360 x 768
Please provide any additional information below (don't forget about
screenshots).
