Base without overrides as VPK #66

Hey,
i love your hud and with the new SteamPipe Update its way easier to install the 
hud. How about adding the base hud as VPK?

There's no point really. If someone really wants to use a VPK, they can create 
one themselves, not to mention that hit marks and crosshairs will not work.
