Health Number Bug #86

Can you describe the problem?

Sometimes, at full health the health number will be red or blu (Low Health & 
Overheal) for unknown reasons.

Does the issue persist in an unmodified game?

No.

What steps will reproduce it?

1. Play a while

What version do you use?

3.11

What's your screen resolution?

1600:1200
