GUI relevant issues:

[x] switch opencv-python to opencv-python-headless #224
[x] use default icon of tkinter to avoid multiple icons for different platforms #222

Not GUI relevant, but just list here.

[x] shape partly out of page; replacement character \ufffd; empty font name #256
[x] upgrade code convergence flow

Fixed compatible issues relevant with PyMuPDF upgrading #248, #250
