[enhancement] Replace `APP EXPLANATION` in Write Access to Health on `Apple Watch` #381

Description

In the initial Apple Watch setup, the app asks for Write Access to Health in order to display the current Heart Rate when the option is enabled in Watch Configuration - Display on Watch. However, the App Explanation contains dummy text which should be replaced with some meaningful one.

Proposal

Update the App Explanation with the following text:

APP EXPLANATION: For the iAPS app to work on the Apple Watch, please ensure that you have enabled HealthKit permissions.
