Tracking cap in/out would of course be limited to capacitor transfers (both sending and receiving) and nos/neuts since that is all that is exposed in the logs, but some users would want to be able to track this so they can notice if there are external factors affecting their cap levels, so they may take appropriate remediation.
This will be implemented much like the current logistics lines.
