diablo2 can not be attached without SeDebugPrivilege #1142

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run diablo2 v1.13
  2. Run textractor 5.2.0 as administrator
  3. Click "Attach to game", game process not shown in the "select process" dialog
  4. enter process ID of game and get the following message in console: Textractor: couldn't inject

Enabling "SeDebugPrivilege" of textractor with Process Hacker made attaching possible

Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.22000 Build 22000
