Initially it was repeating sentences, but after attaching the Remove Repeated Phrases 2 extension it seemed to solve the problem (for narration dialogue at least), though it removed some additional characters within the sentences:
But when character dialogue appears it begins repeating sentences again and showing the last part of a character's name:
