Textractor hooks Mahou Shoujo wa Kiss Shite Kawaru, but no text from game appears in box

As title says, it will hook Mahou Shoujo wa Kiss Shite Kawaru using MED as its hook, but no text from the game's dialogue will appear on the MED hooks, just some random characters (usually katakana or punctuation marks).

I changed my laptop's format to Japanese, since no text would appear while the format was on English, but that didn't seem to help Textractor.

Also if I detached the game and then reattached it, the MED hooks would disappear.
