i already tried from faq suggestion regarding hook searching there are 2 method u mention search specific and search for whole game but i failed my game is : oku no Kanojo wa Gatenkei/Kanojo ga Shita Koto, Ore ga Sareta Koto/Kyonyuu Tsuma Kanzen Hokaku Keikaku/Boku no Tsuma ga Aitsu ni Netoraremashita from developer Elf windows 10 64 bit latest textractor version

Extra : when i'm using ithvnr it can get all the text but using textractor playing game based on elf developer cannot take the text full extracted

What does the 48FBCA:0: TextOutA hook output on Textractor?

it can capture text but not full unlike your ITHVNR it can capture the text completely

Send a screenshot of that hook output with repetition filters turned off in settings and extensions.
