Empty grave not despawning when timer set to -1 #14

Paper server 1.20.4

When I set the graves to not despawn based on time, they fail to despawn when emptied. Items are empty, but XP is credited and not subtracted from grave. Does not give infinite XP, but also does not clear the grave.

Should be fixed in v1.8.2
