dig.ccMixter primary nav gone, loading old page banner #13

Now when loading dig.ccMixter.org the entire primary nav has disappeared (wasn't like this about 30 minutes ago).
The new banner that was there at the bottom is gone.
A very old banner (pre fundraiser) is now appearing at the top where the primary nav was.
