Remove Captcha to send email when logged in #9

When logged in and sending an email to another Mixter, a Captcha is now required. We should not have a captcha for logged in users ( and never did previously)

Also, when you try to email a ccMixter user through the email form, in the upper left this text appears:

invalid user info in breadcrumbs...
