USF tax percentages required to charge our customers are updated quarterly. We need to set a process to update that taxing feature in Ivy as this is the only tax that we actually bill our customer for at this time.

We received the attached notice from Inteserra on the OK state USF tax specifically, and I am not sure the regulations on assessing state-level USF tax.

This needs to be opened as a project to correct and address long term.
