Create Dashboard UI for Course Creators #24

Design and develop a user-friendly dashboard interface for Course Creators. The dashboard should provide Course Creators with easy access to course management features, including course creation, editing, and analytics.

Technical Details:

Develop a responsive dashboard layout using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. Add navigation elements for course management actions. Display a list of courses associated with the Course Creator. Implement a form for creating new courses. Integrate necessary API endpoints for CRUD operations on courses.

hey @Artlfmj ! I went through the repo locally , "app.js" is too much loaded, i can organize the backend in much simpler way . I didnt found where to discuss this so i am commenting here , before raising the issue!! Kindly let me know what do you think?
