Artist / album search #66

While listening I'll often want to read up on the artist and/or album. Perhaps in the full album view where the cover art has no link you could link it to a google search on the artist & album?

Thanks for hint - done in eada258. I added $cfg['default_search_name'] in config file, you can define there default search action for album cover.
