Changes you made :

Improved the input field UI
added active hover effects to the input field to make it more user friendly
aligned the card vertically with the other cards.

Describe the changes :

UI of the application is a major part and it is always a good practice to maintain all the elements in the web page aligned with each other.
Also hover and active effects make the user interaction fine tuned.
