Added Preloader and Favicons, fixed some minor bugs

Changes you made :

Added Preloder as requested. Added a favicon for time being the developer who is assigned can feely change it anytime! Just added it in so it looks more pleasing alongside with the preloader

Describe the changes :

I added a good looking preloader which matches the theme of the website along side a matching favicon. I also fixed some minor bugs related to z indexing.

Well as I mentioned any developer who would be working on this website may face this issue in the future as z-indxing can be annoying to work with.
