I have also resolved Branch Conflicts #81

Changes you made :

-I have added Social Media links and redirected it to specific social media links given by now.

Describe the changes :

Earlier the social media buttons on About Us page when clicked redirected to the Top of About Us page. Now, I have added the specific social media links to given buttons.

The change made the user of website easy to communicate with Organiser of Trip through their social media accounts.

@Arun9739 please do look into this. If issue isn't solved of branch conflicts. Can you please just guide me in brief about what should I do regarding branch conflicts?

@asphalke07 Thank you for this PR The branch conflict might be arising due to the fact that you are not creating new separate branch for new PR. Plz do create one separate branch for each of the PR. Also branch conflict might be arised due to the fact that more people are contributing on same file and getting merged their PR. Don't worry about it.

I will close this PR. Make a new branch and contribute again. Look into contibuting guidelines for more information.
