Use native AEC, NS and AGC if available on device #489

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Imsdroid always uses sw audio processing, it would be useful if native audio 
processing are used if available

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Native audio processing are available since Android API level 16.
