redo config on entities enabled in googleHome

move from hide some to actually define which should be enabled,,,,

re-configured google assistant-integration to only push the actual entities explicetly listed in the config. achieved new wife-annoyance-price when she got a couple of hundred messages on "device removed" :)

setup new account and logged settings in secret-file
