ntp - cheapo D-link :( #59

sometimes my cheap wifi D-link kameras loose track of time

they are on my NoT network - which means they don't get access to internt. NTP has worked - but now I'm not sure if that is just because I've opened up the NoT-network to internt so often to allow for firmware-upgrades on other devices that they have been able to hold on to their time-data between openings??

so how can I check where the cameras are looking for time-data? and ensure to re-derect that to the local NTP-server?

confermed with the expert panel,, that cloud-first-shit is noting to waste time on,, no way they will work on the NoT-network ;(
