move production HA from unRaid-linuxserver-template to unRaid-HA-template

Dry-run on test

dry run worked,, completed move as part of 2022.5 upgrade,, Had issues with external connection - due to duplicating HTTP-integration when copy config from prod to test

mental note to self,,, ALWAYS delete old config before copy new,, or else reneamed might "mess you over and over again"

renamed docker and appdata Updated unraid userScript (backup of backup) updated/created new npm-subdomain for external access reconfigured companion app and notified other users verified nightly backup from new docker is the one copied to local_dr
