Add multilingual support for users. #11

Users will be able to ask questions or upload files of their choice for context in Indian regional languages. Further, the response they get will also be in the input language thus making it more accessible for the user.

I would like to work on this functionality under GSSoC'24.

@AryaChakraborty i would like to contribute to this,Even though i have not applied for GSSOC, i would like to contribute.I have worked with tesseract based input parsing and LLMs before.

Integrate framework like i18next, react-intl, or gettext. Add an interface for users to select their preferred language. Translation Management - Use tools like Transifex or Crowdin. Start with key languages (e.g., Spanish, Chinese, French, German). Default to English if a translation is unavailable. By this way we can integrate muti- language
