Adding translations in French. #9

Hello,

I don't really know how the internationalization works for Gnome but i've tried to create a translation file for your extension in French using tutorials on the web. I've just added the .pot file but if anything else is needed, just tell me, i'll make another PR.

Thanks for your work :) There were some issues, so I edited the file a bit.
