Description

Add new MFA parameter and subsequent parameter set to New-AsBuiltReport cmdlet to allow alternative authentication method
Updated GitHub Action release workflow to send automated tweets on each release

Motivation and Context

Allow multi-factor authentication method to connect to target system(s)

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested with multiple Microsoft Azure subscriptions
