Attempt at sorting issues on Get-AbrWinHyperVHostVM.ps1

Description

Change how the command to collect VM settings are called

Related Issue

AsBuiltReport disabled HyperV VM documentation as the specific module was labelled buggy

Motivation and Context

Try to fix the issue

Tested on a couple Windows Server 2022 HyperV host
