Fixed

Fixed sort order of VMHost PCI Devices
Fixed VMHost reporting for InfoLevels 1 & 2
Fixed DSCluster reporting for InfoLevels 1 & 2

Changed

Set fixed table column widths for improved formatting
Corrected section header colours in VMware default style
