money_log / localisations issue

We need to make all the money logs strictly English (or change filters). The string is localised before PVAR'ing server side, our filters only use English.

I.e, someone was kicked for:

Value Restriction #1 "money_log" = "sacou R$5000 do seu banco. Quantia no Banco: R$90,000 Quantia na Mão: R$5,000"
