FHK call logging issues #1

  1. While logging FLM call, if we select the fault like Dispenser, BNA, Vault access Required option must be popped up by default.

  2. Under the Activity Type, First Line Maintenance and Planned FLM, below Category is missing.

  3. Enable the Search option on the Main Grid.

  4. Unable to Cancel the call. We tried to cancel the call, but state is still showing open.

  5. Call is not showing in Cancel Filter

  6. If we want to open multiple calls, in multiple tabs, it’s not working.
