Xcode restarts when quit

When I quit Xcode it is immediately restarted and sometimes is recognized as a crash.

This is directly related to Privacy -> Automation -> DiscordX -> Xcode.

I'm currently using 14.2 on Monterey 12.6.7. Didn't appear to be an issue on Ventura 13.4 with Xcode 14.3
