feature: prevent macOS Spotlight from scanning Asahi created partitions and volumes

noted -- Spotlight scanned the ESP drive and created its own hidden folders.

The installer can drop .metadata_never_index in the root of each volume it creates to prevent Spotlight from scanning.

Likewise for Time Machine ... .com.apple.timemachine.donotbackup

This is the one issue you've opened that is actually useful. Please actually send a PR for this and stop spamming with everything else.
