feature: inform user how to free up more space before install
Among other things:
1) sudo tmutil thinlocalsnapshots / 999999999999
1) "thins" (ie: removes) snapshots trying to create as much free space as possible. The user should be aware that those snapshots may be useful, and warn them to do an actual TimeMachine backup to an external drive before applying it.
