Cannot set default boot option / stuck in boot loop after macOS update #210

M1 Macbook:

a) no way I can discern to set the default boot OS to macOS instead of Asahi

which may contribute to:

b) when updating from macOS 12.6 to 12.7, after update was installed, system attempted to start Asahi instead of macOS and prevented the update from completing (I believe). now system is stuck in boot loop and eventually provides instructions to visit support.apple.com/mac/restore
