[x] Make a container for the AI Engine
[ ] Decide on the protocol to send video feed
[ ] Use laptop camera to send video feed to Engine (first doing a non live version)
[ ] Publish messages to a kafka message bus
(After deciding on camera) Make sure that the camera is able to send the video to the simulated env properly
