Release a independent from nodejs version

Requirements:

Create a UI for:
- Setup of parameters at the start of the program
- Once started, better logs
- Program exiter
compile the project and release it

All requirements have been donemet all we need to do is to find a way to make it node independent

Compiling the project would make it OS dependant, therefore I think it is better to juste make a graphical app using html, that could be displayed by any OS.
