Just need node and npm
port should forward to 80
need to have virtual directories
I can probably reuse my portfolio site Dockerfile and run-prod.sh script

So I did it, and for whatever reason it won't work with compose. However, I can still dev for angular on my local machine. Not going to worry about it until I have an actual app to deploy
