Feature Request: specify filename using get_iplayer Substitution Parameters #232

Is it possible to add a preference (maybe in 'Advanced'?) to allow us to provide a filename string in the format get_iplayer uses for the fileprefix option, as specified in Substitution Parameters? For instance, I like to have my files named with the format <seriesnum>-<episodenum><episodepart> <episodeshort> (<sebcast>). I realise this would only apply to BBC programmes, but that would be fine for me.

What version of GiA are you using? On what version of OS X? GiA 1.15.0 / MacOS 10.14.2

Are you using a web proxy? DNS proxy? VPN? VPS? No

It's not a bad idea. This is the kind of thing that a contributor could certainly work on if they were motivated to do so.

(NOTE: This is not meant to be a passive-aggressive 'ok, submit a patch' comment directed at you. It's just that I can't promise when I'd get around to doing it.)
