Downloads OK, but continues to re-download and then fails in History #266

What steps will reproduce the problem? Be specific, and provide as much detail as possible. start iPlayer via a LauncAgent Ensure you have a list in the PVR

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? should be: new shows downloaded actual: new shows downloaded but also "failed in. history" because of retries

What version of GiA are you using? On what version of OS X? GiA: 1.16.1 MacOS: 1:15:1

Are you using a web proxy? DNS proxy? VPN? VPS? No.

What program are you attempting to download (full title, series and episode)? Have I got News for You - s58e07

Please provide any additional information below. I noticed that the show was nothing removed from the queue after successful download.
